Pores & texture
Healthy pores stand upright and are small enough to go unnoticed.
But environment, ageing and excess sebum loosen the elastic fibres that hold them, and the pore tilts sideways instead.
Enlarged pores make the skin look rough and can join up into lines, so they need proper care.
The solution depends on the individual, but it generally works by rebuilding collagen.

Secret RF
Secret RF places microneedles against the skin and delivers a burst of radiofrequency energy beneath the surface to stimulate collagen regeneration.
Needle depth can be tuned to each person's skin, making it effective for pore reduction, lifting and acne scarring.

Capri laser
The Capri laser combines a 1450nm diode wavelength, effective on acne, with 400nm blue light to regulate sebum — the root cause of acne — and to kill acne bacteria.
Agnes
Agnes inserts a fine insulated needle into the skin and generates radiofrequency to destroy sebaceous glands selectively.
It works well on localised areas where breakouts recur, with little damage to the epidermis or surrounding tissue.
Gold PTT
Fine gold particles are deposited evenly in the skin, then a laser is applied to destroy sebaceous glands selectively.
It regulates sebum production and reduces acne bacteria, and aftercare is simpler than with conventional PDT.
Action II
Action II allows precise tissue penetration with little thermal damage, so side effects such as pigmentation are rare.
It refines the uneven edges of a scar to soften them, and the working depth can be adjusted stably to the scar.
It creates fine thermal columns from epidermis to dermis for a fractional treatment, and is used on deep scars that pico-fractional cannot resolve.
Clarity
Clarity is a dual-wavelength laser at 755nm and 1064nm, suitable for pigmented and vascular lesions as well as hair removal.
Built-in cooling keeps treatment comfortable, with collagen remodelling and texture improvement as added effects.
PicoSure
PicoSure applies the picosecond concept — one trillionth of a second — to laser technology.
High energy over an extremely short pulse breaks down melanin effectively with almost no damage to surrounding tissue.
PicoPlus
PicoPlus uses picosecond pulses to deliver strong energy to pigment in a very short time, clearing the target lesion while minimising damage to surrounding skin.
Its fractional delivery also induces regeneration in the dermis with minimal epidermal damage, so it works on pores and texture as well as scarring.

LDM
LDM delivers ultrasound at different frequencies in alternating combinations to activate the skin at cell level.
It does not irritate the skin strongly, and is tailored to concerns such as hydration, tightening, redness or acne.
PDT
PDT applies a photosensitising agent to the skin and then exposes it to light at a specific wavelength.
It targets acne bacteria and reduces sebaceous secretion, easing acne and helping to prevent recurrence.
Scaling
Scaling gently dissolves dead cells in the stratum corneum so sebum can drain and inflammation settles.
The agent is selected to suit your skin type.
Extraction
The foundation of acne care — comedones and pustules are distinguished and extracted accordingly.
Anti-inflammatory injection
A calming injection that stops inflammation progressing so the skin can recover.
Depending on the condition, it is combined with scaling and extraction to improve the result.
Subcision
A needle is inserted beneath the scar to release the abnormally arranged fibrous tissue strand by strand, allowing the skin to recover its normal structure.
Pore injection
An injectable that supplies growth factors directly to the skin to promote cell regeneration, supporting collagen renewal in the dermis and smoothing damaged skin.
Juvelook (Skin / Volume)
A self-regenerating collagen booster combining polymer PLDLLA with the skin's own hyaluronic acid.
Unlike fillers that add volume by their own mass, it promotes your own collagen for natural volume, and also improves fine lines and texture.

Aquapeel
A three-step, low-irritation medical peel that clears keratin, sebum and other debris from the pores while supplying vitamins, nutrients and moisture.
Spectra peel
A specially formulated carbon cream is applied and treated with the Spectra laser to remove impurities and dead skin, with the added effect of stimulating fibre regeneration in the dermis.
Aladdin peel
A natural peel using seaweed to remove the keratin cells behind breakouts and improve the skin environment. It helps with acne and keratosis pilaris.
Multox
Rather than peeling away, this hydrating treatment fills the skin with moisture, offering antioxidant action and strong hydration.
Black peel
An exfoliating peel based on black vinegar, an organic acid. Its anti-inflammatory effect makes it suitable even for sensitive skin.
Milk peel
A potent combination of lactic, glycolic and salicylic acids with a notably gentle texture, with added whitening and oil–moisture balancing benefits.
